Working Principle:

The automatic wafer cone baking machine is composed of electrical control system, battering system, automatic opening and closing moulds, gas system, etc. It is a food machinery and equipment for the production of ice cream wafer cones, which can be made in different shapes and styles by different moulds, through the continuous operation of battering, baking, forming rows, demoulding and conveyor stacking.

The machine is controlled by PLC, with automatic ignition, acceleration and deceleration, and automatic stacking of the demoulding arrangement, which greatly reduces the work intensity of the personnel and increases the working efficiency.
