The fully automatic wafer cone making machine is used for the production of wafer cones. It can automatically complete several processes such as wafer making, shaping, baking and cooling to achieve efficient and stable production.

Shaping: In this step, the machine rolls out the dough into the shape of a mould.

Baking: The cone is automatically placed on a baking tray and baked in the oven. Once finished in the oven, the cones are automatically transported to the next step.

Cooling: In this step, the cones are automatically conveyed to the cooling unit for cooling.

The entire automatic sugar cone production line can be controlled by one control system, ensuring automation and continuity of the entire process. With high production efficiency and stable product quality, the automatic cone production line can produce high quality cones in large quantities to meet market demand.
